con un motor 1.2 PureTech (gasolina) de marcas como <\/span><b>Peugeot, Citro\u00ebn, Opel, DS o Jeep<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hayan sufrido <\/span><b>aver\u00edas relacionadas con la correa de distribuci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, como p\u00e9rdida de potencia, da\u00f1os en el motor o rotura de la correa.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acrediten que <\/span><b>realizaron el mantenimiento conforme a lo recomendado por el fabricante<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n pueden reclamar quienes ya hayan reparado el coche por su cuenta, siempre que conserven las facturas de la reparaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><b>\u00bfQui\u00e9n no puede reclamar?<\/b><\/h2><h3><b>Empresas y aut\u00f3nomos<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quedan excluidos de esta acci\u00f3n legal colectiva:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Empresas que hayan adquirido el veh\u00edculo para uso profesional.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aut\u00f3nomos que hayan incluido el veh\u00edculo como herramienta de trabajo o en su contabilidad profesional.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esto se debe a que, en el marco de las reclamaciones colectivas, la legislaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola protege espec\u00edficamente a los <\/span><b>consumidores finales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, no a los profesionales.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><b>\u00bfY si he vendido el coche?<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00ed, puedes reclamar <\/span><b>aunque ya no seas propietario del veh\u00edculo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, siempre que:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El problema se haya producido durante el tiempo en que eras propietario.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conserves la documentaci\u00f3n que lo acredite (factura de segunda mano<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Tambi\u00e9n pueden incluirse si el propietario actual ha sufrido el problema y cumple con los requisitos de documentaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Veh\u00edculos fuera de garant\u00eda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: La reclamaci\u00f3n es v\u00e1lida incluso si ya no est\u00e1 en garant\u00eda, ya que se basa en un <\/span><b>defecto de fabricaci\u00f3n estructural<\/b><span style=\"font-weight:
