Is it possible to abandon the claim?<\/b><\/h2>\n

Yes. The customer has the right to <\/span>withdraw from the proceedings at any time<\/b>If you do so in writing to the law firm handling the class action, you may withdraw your claim at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n

The possibility of abandoning the process is recognized by Spanish law and by the engagement form signed with the law firm.<\/span><\/p>\n

It depends on the status of the procedure. There are <\/span>three main scenarios<\/b> scenarios:<\/span><\/p>\n

            Not in all cases. If the lawsuit has already been filed and your name is not among the claimants, <\/span>you will not be able to re-enter automatically<\/b>.
